Abonnement opzeggen

Dit vinden we natuurlijk jammer, maar we maken het je graag zo eenvoudig mogelijk. Vul onderstaan formulier in om je opzegging te regelen.

Bij het opzeggen van je abonnement bij FitGym Velp zijn er een paar belangrijke voorwaarden waarmee je rekening moet houden:

Opzegtermijn: Er geldt een opzegtermijn van 28 dagen. De datum van verzending van je opzegging nemen wij aan als de start van deze termijn. Opzeggen kan alleen via het onderstaande formulier.
Jaarcontract: Heb je een jaarcontract? Dan dien je dit volledig uit te dienen. Na een jaar is het contract per 4 weken opzegbaar.
Maandabonnementen: Voor maandabonnementen geldt de standaard opzegtermijn van 28 dagen.

Een abonnement stopt nooit vanzelf. Er moet altijd een opzegging worden gedaan via onderstaand formulier.

When cancelling your FitGym Velp membership, there are a few important terms to keep in mind:

Notice period: A 28-day notice period applies. We consider the date we receive your cancellation as the start of this period. Cancellations can only be submitted via the form below.
Annual contract: Do you have a 12-month contract? Then you must complete the full contract term. After one year, the contract can be cancelled with four weeks’ notice.
Monthly memberships: For monthly memberships, the standard 28-day notice period applies.

A membership never ends automatically. A cancellation must always be submitted via the form below.
